First impressions count!
Make sure your lawn is well manicured.
Shrubs trimmed.
Make sure there is no rubbish bags laying around.
Make sure the walkways and patio are clutter free.
Turn on all lights around the home inside and out. Use 100w light bulbs to brighten things up.

South African residential property prices were unchanged in December — with the median house price at R550000.
The Standard Bank Property Gauge found that the December outcome brought the five-month moving average growth rate to 5.6 percent year-on-year.

It’s not only high property prices that are preventing young people from entering the property market.
Saul Geffen, CEO of MortgageSA, says their lifestyles are also preventing them from buying property.
